These felt metatarsal pads have an adhesive backing making them a cinch to either stick to the bottom of your foot or place onto the interior lining of your shoe. The pads are 1/8 inch thick, which is sufficient to reduce the pressure on the ball of your foot. These pads are perfect for people who have a painful callous or corn under th ball of their foot which becomes painful after walking or standing. I have dispensed these pads to patients for years.
